The categories of personal data that we process depend on how you use our services. We use your personal data to tailor our online services to your preferences, to process your requests, to contact you about products and services that may be of interest to you, to organize prize draws, games or competitions or to organize relevant perform administrative services. 5. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE CUSTOMER IS A CHILD?
Our Sites are intended for adults, but there may be instances where customers under the age of 13 purchase or view the products on our Sites. If we know that a customer is under the age of 13, we will not use that customer's Personal Information for marketing purposes unless we obtain parental consent.
To give parental consent for marketing, you can ask your parent or guardian to call or write using the DS Beauty contact details as set out in section 1 (only applicable to members with a loyalty card or online account).

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING?

To run any prize draws, games or competitions in which you participate and to determine the winner or hand you the prize if you win and for marketing purposes.

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Three months after completion of the match or game, unless we are required by law to store it for a longer period of time. We will keep your geographic data for 90 days.

WHAT IS OUR LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING?

We may need this information for identification purposes and to provide you with the prize if applicable (performance of a contract). When we intend to use your personal data for marketing purposes, we will provide you with clear notice before collecting your personal data and ask for your consent. You can give us permission to use your geographic data when installing the app.
